To use BARLIFTS, you must be at least 18 years old — the legal drinking age in Kenya — or have legal permission to purchase and consume alcohol in your country. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and BARLIFTS, so please read them carefully.

2. What We Offer

BARLIFTS is your go-to platform for fast, reliable liquor delivery. We connect customers with nearby licensed liquor stores and available riders who deliver directly to your location — whether you’re at home, at a party, or anywhere in between.

Our service includes real-time product browsing, location-based order processing, and fast delivery. We also offer occasional discounts, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. Product availability may vary depending on location, and we reserve the right to change or pause features at any time.

3. Your Responsibilities

We expect all users to use BARLIFTS responsibly and within the law. That means you should never use our platform to buy alcohol for someone underage, resell alcohol without a license, or attempt to manipulate or tamper with our app or services.

You’re also responsible for ensuring that your use of BARLIFTS complies with the laws in your area — especially regarding alcohol consumption and delivery.

4. How Delivery Works

Deliveries are made only to customers who are of legal drinking age and who can show a valid form of ID when asked. This may be a national ID, driver’s license, or passport.

We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, deliveries may be delayed or canceled due to issues like bad weather, traffic, limited stock, or safety concerns. If we can’t reach you or confirm your identity, we may need to cancel the order altogether.

Our delivery partners are trained to ensure safe, discreet, and respectful handovers.

5. Privacy and Your Information

Your privacy matters to us. When you use BARLIFTS, we collect some information to help us serve you better — things like your location, order history, and device info. This helps us match you to nearby stores, suggest products, and process your deliveries quickly.

We never sell your data to third parties. Your personal information will only be used in ways that support our service or as required by law. By using BARLIFTS, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains this in more detail.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on the BARLIFTS platform — our logo, product images, app design, and systems — belongs to us. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use any part of our platform for commercial purposes unless you have our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BARLIFTS is provided "as is." While we work hard to ensure a smooth experience, we can’t guarantee perfection. That means we’re not responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences that might occur from delays, stock issues, app glitches, or other unexpected events.

We also urge all customers to drink responsibly. What you do after your drinks are delivered is your responsibility.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BARLIFTS if you misuse the platform or violate these terms. This includes things like harassment, fraud, or repeated failure to confirm identity during delivery.

If your account is suspended or closed, your ability to place orders or access past rewards may be removed immediately.

9. Updates to These Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our service or in the law. When we do, we’ll post the new version on our website or app. Continuing to use BARLIFTS means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disagreements or disputes will be handled in the courts of Nairobi or the appropriate legal authority in your area.
